The January Full Moon, often referred to as the Wolf Moon by some European cultures, due to the evocative calls of wolves as they search for food in the depth of winter. Its radiant glow carries potent energy—an ideal moment for emotional release, connection, and alignment with the cycles of life.

Our gathering will honor this lunar moment with a blend of gentle movement, guided journaling, and a sharing circle to inspire introspection and community.

This sacred space is open to women and those who identify as women.
